What type of Clear Bag can I bring?
Clear bags must be 18” x 18” x 14” or smaller.
All styles of clear bags are acceptable if they are 18” x 18” x 14” or smaller. This includes clear cinch sacks, clear diaper bags, gallon Ziploc bags, etc. Guests will not be allowed to empty and collapse a non-approved bag into a clear bag. No loose ice permitted.
Are Non-Clear Bags allowed?
Non-transparent bags must be 4.5” x 6.5” or smaller, even if you are placing it inside your larger clear bag.
Please Note: Non-transparent bags (4.5” x 6.5” or smaller) are still subject to inspection by security personnel at the gates.

Where is the Big Machine Music City Grand Prix held?
The Big Machine Music City Grand Prix is held at The Nashville Superspeedway, home of the NASCAR Ally 400 (4847-F McCrary Road, Lebanon, TN 37090)
When is the Big Machine Music City Grand Prix?
The event takes place September 14-15, 2024. The NTT IndyCar Series race is on September 15th, 2024. The start time of the race is 2:00 pm CT.
Where do we park?
Parking is available at the Superspeedway parking lots.
ADA parking is available near our main gates on a first-come, first-served basis. These lots may be accessed by using the main entrance. To park in this lot, you must present your ADA hangtag/place card that is registered to a guest in your vehicle.
Where can I buy Tickets?
Tickets can be purchased by visiting musiccitygp.com.

Debit cards linked to Visa and MasterCard are also accepted.
All Big Machine Music City Grand Prix tickets will be mobile tickets.
When will I receive my tickets?
The date when tickets will be accessible via the BMMCGP Account Manager and Ticketmaster apps will be announced in the future.

To ensure you make your way to your seats to enjoy the day’s race as quickly as possible, please follow these helpful hints to ease your admission process at the gates:
Is there ADA seating available?
If you are in need of wheelchair accessible seating and have not made necessary plans in advance when buying tickets, please call the ticket office at 866-RACE-TIX. On event day, please visit Ticket Services or locate your nearest usher.

The Superspeedway provides many accessible camping, daily parking, transportation and seating options to fans. Included in the services are:
Powered Mobility Devices
Guests with mobility disabilities are welcome to use motorized wheelchairs and three or four wheeled scooters at the Big Machine Music City Grand Prix. For safety reasons, guests may NOT use golf carts, all-terrain vehicles, two wheeled scooters or motorbikes either in the venue itself, or in the parking areas.
Guests are encouraged to bring their own wheelchair or ECV (electronic convenience vehicle), as the track does not provide or rent them.
Prescription Medicines
Prescriptions must have a prescription label. Photo ID must match the prescription label. For the safety of our staff please dispose of all medical waste/syringes in the proper receptacles in our stadium restrooms.
Service Animals
We recognize the importance of service animals in assisting guests with visual and other impairments. A service animal is defined by the ADA as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. Tasks performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability. Emotional support, therapy, comfort or companion animals that provide comfort by being with a person are NOT qualified by the ADA as service animals.
Guests are responsible for caring for and supervising the service animal, including toileting (bringing their own pet waste disposal bags), feeding, grooming and veterinary care.
Guests who bring service animals may request wheelchair seating to accommodate the service animal safely and comfortably.

Gain exclusive VIP access to the heart of the action and witness the excitement up close.
This add-on provides access to the paddock area, where you can see the teams and drivers preparing for the race, access to trackside driver intros and Daughtry pre-race performance.
Are the Paddock areas open to everyone?
The Paddock areas are open to any ticket holder at the event.
The IndyCar Paddock (see map) is an exclusive, secure area only accessible to those with the proper credentials or a Paddock Pass.
Can I purchase a Paddock Pass?
Yes, Paddock Passes (to the IndyCar Paddock) can be purchased.
Any lost/left items during the Big Machine Music City Grand Prix will be returned to the Nashville Superspeedway Lost and Found.
