College Program

In this role, individuals will have the opportunity to gain insight into the inner workings of large-scale events by participating in hands-on work experience. Students will have the chance to contribute to the grassroots marketing and promotion efforts, event execution, and assist with the planning and implementation of a racing event, all while representing the Borchetta Bourbon Music City Grand Prix.

You’ll be an important part of delivering top-tier experiences to fans, partners, and teams across the motorsports world. You’ll take ownership of key responsibilities, collaborate across departments, and bring energy and innovation to a fast-paced environment. College Program participants will support experiential marketing in the months leading up to the race and are required to work race weekend (July 17-20, 2026). All participants must be high school graduates and currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
